Tournament of Minds
Tournament of Minds (TOM) is an Australian educational program designed to develop students’ enthusiasm and ability to experiment and problem solve. Students are encouraged to think laterally, or “outside of the square” when approaching these challenges.
It aims to enhance the potential of our youth by developing diverse skills, enterprise, time management, and the discipline to work collaboratively within a challenging and competitive environment.
TOM consists of two sections the Long-Term challenge and a Spontaneous Challenge.
When: Term 2 and 3 (August Competition)
Who: Year 7-10 selection process TBC
